Bought this toy for my 3 year old son. He loves it and so do I. It took a little longer than twenty minutes to set up. But once I realized that this set combines Daredevil curve with Drift Rally Spin Out, was a little easier. Hot wheels could have made better instructions. But overall, this product is a lot of fun. And the pieces are interchangeable with other sets. I'm gonna have to get the starter set to add on. This product is pretty durable, however, probably not for children under three. Stays on the wall well. Good value when you consider it's three individual sets combined to make one large set. Highly recommend,

This was purchased as a gift for my son for Christmas and we finally assembled it today.Buyers beware: firstly, the pictures on the front of the box are extremely misleading. The big picture shows the track, at its highest point, mounted just below the ceiling. The picture of the boy on the right standing next to the set show the set peaking a little above his head. In reality, the top of the set is just over 3 feet of the ground. Secondly, although the set comes with only one car, the instructions say to place three more cars on the track (look closing at box #1 on the bottom to see where they go, or where it says "Load 3 cars" on the back of the box). Would be nice if it came with the extra cars, but the track still works without them.Assembly was easy -- it took about 30 minutes -- although the instructions could be clearer. The hardest/longest part of assembly is taping a template to the wall which helps you position the yellow mounts at the correct locations and angles. When building the Gorilla Takedown, if you follow the instructions to build Daredevil Curve, as the instructions say, you end up putting an extra piece on that you have to take off to build the second part. It is hard to tell how the track was intended to be built at the bottom because every picture on the box is different. I'm referring to the flexible track that connects the last curved wall piece to the gorilla base. The big picture on the front shows the flexible track lying on top of the gorilla base to give the car more lift; the small picture on the right on the front shows it connected differently to the base and the perspective implies that the flexible track is twisted a bit.I was not able to successfully keep the car on the track if the flexible track was twisted at all (and I'm on a carpet floor, not a hardwood floor as the picture shows). Furthermore, there is no way the car is ever going to get enough lift at the bottom to come close to hitting the gorilla, unless perhaps you follow the big picture on the front and just lay the flexible track on the base (and even then, it's practically going to have to touch the gorilla for the car to have a chance at hitting it).I also had problems with the car getting stuck on the drift around platform near the top (see box back for location). This happened about 50% of the time.Bottom line: the toy is *ok*, but not great. Although you can expand the track by purchasing others, it is a fairly expensive investment at $70 a pop. Furthermore, there isn't really any room for building your own layouts: the way this track is "assembled" is you first tape a "template" to your wall, then mount the yellow supports at the precise locations and angles as indicated by the template. This isn't hard to do, but it means that you won't be experimenting with your own layouts even if you buy more sets; you'll just build the ones provided in the instructions.

I bought this for our little friend for his 7th birthday and it was a huge hit!! We set it up during the party and all the kids and even the adults were having a blast with it. This is such a fun new toy!! The kids were having such a blast with it. I love when we find a nice quality toy and this is definitely one of them!
